Since we do not ship any physical products, the term “shipping” refers to the electronic delivery or activation of your purchased digital services.

2. Service Delivery Timeline

Once your payment has been received and confirmed:

• Service setup or onboarding begins within 2–5 business days, depending on the project scope.

• Access credentials, reports, or ad accounts will be shared via email or online dashboard.

• All communication and updates will be provided digitally.

3. No Return or Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted once payment has been made and the service process has started.

• By purchasing any service from Venxads, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the service details before making the payment.

• Any dissatisfaction or misunderstanding due to unclear communication from the client side will not qualify for a refund.

4. Order Modifications

Once an order has been processed and work has begun, no modifications or changes to the service package will be accepted.
Clients may, however, purchase additional services separately.

5. Failed or Incomplete Deliveries

If for any reason, Venxads fails to deliver a service due to technical errors or unforeseen issues from our side, the situation will be reviewed internally.
However, refunds will not be issued, and corrections or compensatory solutions (if applicable) will be provided at the discretion of Venxads management.
