1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Venxads are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Trial Packages

  • Monthly or Subscription Plans

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Campaign Management

  • Creative Design and Landing Page Development

  • Consultation or Strategy Services

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded for any reason.


2. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s sole responsibility to review all details, service information, and terms before making a payment.
If any client places an order or makes a payment without reviewing or understanding this refund policy, Venxads will not be held liable for any misunderstanding or assumption regarding refunds or cancellations.

Any claims, complaints, or legal actions arising from a client’s failure to read or acknowledge this policy will be considered invalid, as the policy is publicly available and accessible prior to payment.


3. Service Delivery

Our team begins working on your account and campaigns immediately after payment confirmation.
As our services involve professional time, ad account setup, and management resources, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun — regardless of the results, duration, or client’s decision to discontinue the service.


4. Trial Packages

Trial packages are designed to help clients evaluate our services before opting for long-term plans.
However, all trial payments are final and non-refundable.


5. Disputes & Chargebacks

If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to our terms, Venxads reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate all ongoing and future services; and

  • Take necessary action to recover costs incurred due to such disputes.

Clients are encouraged to contact our support team for clarification before making any payment dispute or legal claim.


6. Limitation of Liability

Venxads shall not be held responsible or liable for any financial loss, misunderstanding, or legal dispute that arises due to a client’s failure to read, understand, or acknowledge this Refund Policy prior to payment.
By proceeding with payment, the client fully accepts and agrees to all terms stated herein.
